  • 1.  ProxyAV Firmware update alerts

    ProxyAV 1400-B 3.5.2.2 firmware update method check but do not update on 5/22 started alerting every minute - "Firmware update error: failed to decrypt parameters!". Firware update location - http://download.bluecoat.com/release/ProxyAV/firmware/1400E/updateAV.asp

     

    I suspect this had to do with 5/21 Bluecoat/Symantec changes. But what exactly? Anyone know? Is it resolved? I know they're EOL very soon but have upgrades planned in the next coming week to 3.5.4.1.

    Hi,

     

             Direct upgrade seems to be affect by the migration. Since you are already planning to upgrade, I will recommend to perform and offline upgrade by downloading the image from mysymantec.com portal. Thanks
