  • 1.  ProxySG- Mail is not loading in IOS12

    Hi Team,

     

    Customer running ProxyOS version 6.6.4.2. He recently upgraded IOS from 11 to 12.

     

    After upgradeing IOS12 non of the mobile user can access the mail from their mobile. Its a transparent setup. 

    Customer didnt change anything from the proxy end. We have intercpted SSL for that mail domain but no luck.

    We have disabled protocol_detection also result same.

    But when we bypass the proxy its started working.

     

    Please advise on this.

    Hi Ram,

     

               Not easy to say the reason. You may want to raise a TAC case to check this with data.
