    Hi,

     

    I'm trying to setup a lab with ProxySG for reproduction purpose on a host running VMware ESXi 6.5 U1.

    Is there by any chance, a way to get a trial licence for ProxySG for 30 days please ?

    If you are in partner program, you could access to Symantec 6 month trial lab licenses for ProxySG/CAS through PartnerNet portal.

    Hi Marko,

     

    Thanks for your reply. What if I'm not in the partner program. My point is I think it'll take ages to know if VMware is part of Partner Program and I have to do the repro by the end of the week so getting a 30 days trial key would be much faster. I tried to call the Support Center in Ireland but I had to wait for more than 20 minutes with no response.

    Hi David,

     

                  The support team don't have access to trial keys or eval products. The best team who can help you is our Sales team for your region. Since you don't have access to partner portal, you will have to get in touch with our SE (Sales Engineer). They can provide you with eval serial number and licensed features which you are trying to check.

    I called the Sales Team in Ireland yesterday and they told me to get in touch with the Technical Support Team...

                   Sorry to hear that. Could you please ask them to share details of a "Sales Engineer" who deals with Network Protection (Legacy BlueCoat) products. This is a semi technical team who can guide you in getting evaluation. Another possibility is to get it via a partner. You can locate partner closest to you via http://partnerlocator.symantec.com/

    Is this still available now in Broadcom's partner portal? Can't find this in the new dashboard unlike during Symantec days it is easily available.
