  • 1.  PTP and NTP shows old date or waiting for updates

    All of my sep clients are getting updates from a single sepm. But some clients are getting updates for only Antivirus and Antispyware and rest two(PTP and NTP) shows old dates and in some client these two shows waiting for updates why this is happening. If I remove sep from those machines and re install then everything becomes fine. But I don't want to remove all the time as while installing again it creates problem. what to do in these situation.

    Need help to resolve.

    have read earlier, it could be corrupt. Rpair usually resolves this kind of problems.

    Hi Bijay,

    There were important improvements made to how PTP processed updates in SEP 11 RU6 MP1.  Please upgrade to this latest version and see if that solves the issue.
