    I have directory integration configured pointing to a Windows 2003 AD controllers.  Tested and working OK.  On the quarantine settings, 'Administrator Only' is checked and greyed out.  The manual for version 9, page 260 states that this is greyed out if LDAP is not configured.  Where else do you need to enable LDAP.  I'd like to uncheck this so our users receive quarantine reports.  Thanks to all who assist.

    You need to enabled user Authentication in the LDAP setup so the BCC can authenticate users trying to access their quarantine.
