I am using Symantec Endpoint Protection, Small Business Edition
We are a church environment with about 13 computers on a network.
I recently discovered a quarantined item on a computer in our network.
I went to the workstation, opened the user's symantec, opened the view quarantine tab, and selected the questionable file and pressed delete.
The workstation no longer shows up in the server report as a concern.
Now the symantec tabs and buttons are unclickable, and the program does not respond. She is still able to use her system. I just can't get symantec to close.
