Hi All,

I've recently tried the quarentine notification. I've found out , that it sends email to the users, who have quarentined items, but the admin is notified only after the mail is released.( since admin address is for misindentified mails)

Is there a scenario, when the quarentine is admin only, and mail notification is only being sent to admins, or is this feature generally made for the users, to be able to realease or delete their message, without waithing for admins reaction?

Hi Thomas,

When you choose the "Administrator-only Quarantine" option, quarantine notifications are NOT sent as SBG 8.0 Administration Guide points out on page 226: "notification of new spam messages is disabled when administrator-only access is enabled."
