  • 1.  Quick Delivery Error code

    I am tryin go deliver software via quick delivery, on some clients "random" the error code is -1001.

    I dont think this is a error code from the application. 

    How do i troubleshoot it? 

    in the Output properties i can see that program failed with return code = 0.

    but on the top i see:

    Status:  Failed
    Return code:  -1001

    I found Error Code 1001: Recursion too deep; the stack overflowed. [ERROR_STACK_OVERFLOW (0x3E9)]

    Not sure if its related.

    Hi Ogeccut00,

    Can you provide more detail about package and command line which you are using in Quick Deloivery task?

    For troubleshooting you can see into the Agent Logs (C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Agent\logs).

    Also you can see into windows logs.

    To make sure that Software can be installed try to use same cmd for same package on client machine.

    Use non silent CMD for trubbleshooting.

    BTW: Error Code 1001 - is not equal to -1001

    Which software are you deploying?

    Are you using a MSI installer?
