    Hi,

     

    We are currently using WIN10 Enterprise with Office 2016 PRO and Symantec Encryptopn desktop 10.4. Lately, some users have been missing keys from their key-rings. Sometimes they have sent e-mails the previous week and when attempting to send new e-mails to these same recipients, the keys are no longer available. Why is this happening? The PGP logs detail that the user key was not found in the server...

    Hi BigBear,

     

    Please check the properties of the keyring files. What is the date? Maybe the keyrings are in a location that is being corrupted (I have seen it in the past being caused by backup systems)?

    Are the keys available in the server? If the users re-enroll does it work?
