    Hello,

By mistake I tried to upgrade SEP12 to SEP14 on win2k3 servers. Now on Clients Tab I see red dot on some clients. On Client Properties- Deployment Status: Install failed, incompatible operating system.

How I can remove Red Dot to this hosts?

Delete the client and force it to check back in.

Sorry Brian, not understood. Delete from console and client over Heartbeat interval backin? Or reinstall SEP on hosts with remove all logs, settings, etc. ?

As a first step, just delete it from the SEPM console and force it to check back in. Did you remove the upgrade package for them? Simple step, see if that corrects it.

The next step would be to run a repair on the SEP client to see if that corrects it, if the baove does not work.

You can just remove the assigned packages and do  a smc -stop and smc - start on client, next heartbeat should fix

    Colleagues,
I was remove the assigned packages and:
    - smc -stop and smc - start on client, next heartbeat does not fix it
    - running a repair on the SEP client - fixed
    thanks you for feedback.
