    Hello,

    we have a new IP from our Datacenter for one Server.
    The Customers on the Server cant send Mails to "messagelabs".

     

    Please Remove ASAP the IPs 173.212.234.48 and 2a02:c207:3002:389::1

    I will take steps to get the IP emoved from our blacklist. Once this has been done I will update you.

    Hi Jay,

    I can now confirm that I have now removed the IP 173.212.234.48 from our internal Blacklist.


    This will fix the issue and you will no longer get issues sending emails from that IP to our customers.

    Please can you set this thread as resolved to prevent other people adding to it.
