    We have a problem delivering mail to Messagelabs.

    Our sending mail server is clean and not delivering spam, cross checked twice.

    Hi Pablo,

    Reputation menu -> Reputation Tools -> IP Reputation Lookup -> Sender IP-Address (212.129.11.230)

    Result: member of "Global Bad Senders" list. :(

    Reputation -> Reputation Tools -> IP Reputation Lookup -> Senders IP Address

    Unfortunatelly, IP is member of Global Bad Senders IP.

    Do not forget to mention to the Sender Email Administrator about reviewing the configuration of their email server, there are a lot of online tools that allow to identify issues with blacklists or email configuration.
