    Hi,

    Some of our outbound email is being blocked by Symantec -

     

    Our sending mail server is clean and not delivering spam, cross checked twice.

    Can you please remove this IP?

    167.114.13.117
    167.114.13.121

    I am have hired a block of 16Ips:
    167.114.13.112/28
    All 16 Ips is blocked

    Hi Andre

    I have checked the IP range you have provided and I can see no issue with any of the IPs within it.

    You say we are blocking your mails. Are you getting NDRs when sending? If so could you give me an example as that will likely tell me what the issue is.
