First time we purchased DLP 12.5 version product and after some time they upgrade in DLP 14.0 version  , but now DLP 14.5 as well as DLP 14.6 is released. so can i upgrade DLP 14.0 in those  new released  version. we purchased DLP license for 3 years till 2018.

As long as your maintenance and support with Symantec is current then you will be able to update to new versions as Symantec pushes them out.  I would read the release notes to see if you can go from 12.5 to 14.5 w/o problems.  

Within your Symantec Licensing Portal you should have ccess to download the bits and pieces to get the software you need.  If you don't have access to this then you will need to open up a ticket w/ Symantec

Yes you can upgrade to any of those versions. As long as you are under maintenance you are all set.

You will need to log into the SYMC portal and make sure you have registered your license for DLP.

You can then request the upgrade license key. When you get the license key, there will be the license number and you can then download those upgrade files from

fileconnect.symantec.com

You can also request this information from your SYMC sales rep.
