Hi,
Ive been trying to resolve this but couldn't find solution for it. We had an issue with the server where partition C had to formatted then restored. However, BE was installed on D drive. When running BE, it didn't work as it should which I decide then to uninstall then to reinstall. Upon reinstallation, there is an error stating Access Denied when installing MS SQL Server (see screenshot attached). But when I checked the log, the error was 'V-225-53: ERROR: Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance with error 5'. I have also uninstalled SQL still having the same issue. Please if anyone could help me, It'd be much appreciated. Thanks
