Releasing SPAM taking long time (10 minutes) in Messaging Gateway with Active Directory with Glocal Catalog

hello dear technicals,

i have Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) Virtual Appliance,

i added my domain through "Active Directory with Global Catalog"

also i added my local-mail-delivery with IP-Entry (local-mail-delivery is not MX Record)

my mail server's are Exchange DAG, 

i read every best practice, forum's, KB's, Admin Guide and more about SMG, Exchange, Active Drectory

my configurations are good and standard,

but when i want to releasing a spam, it take long time (10 ~ 15 minutes)

i checked every solutions, and also my configuration are good

please help me...

questions:

1.  is this new or always been happening?

2. when you send to the dag, are you routing thru a load balancer or to all members of the DAG that are CAS roles?

3. What do the exchange receive connectors say what the spam is released from the control center?

4. Is the control center standalone (that is best practice) or is it a scanner as well?

5. What is the routing IP of the CONTROL CENTER, does it pass thru a firewall?

all these incredible details are missing.  Also, if you syslog your scanner's MAL (again, i highly recommend), set it information log level and see what the control centre is doing.  If it gets to exchange quick, then the issue is with exchange, but it if can't leave the quarantine cuz routing issues, then make sure that active directory routing is NOT enabled.  Also, does regular mail flow no issue?
