    Start - Run
type smc -stop ( If it prompts for password; navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SMC, delete the smcexit key and then type smc -stop)

    Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SMC
look for smcinstdata key; delete it

It can help to remove the password.

Other Solution (To Remove the Password)

Double click on Symantec Client shield from Taskbar.

Go to HELP AND SUPPORT -> TROUBLESHOOT

From TROUBLESHOOT Tab Export the Policy from Policy Profile

Save it with name of Policy.xml in your Local System

    Edit the Policy.xml in Notepad

Find the below Content and make the appropriate changes mention below.

    AdminPassword ExitNeedPassword, UINeedPassword, ImportExportNeedPassword, UninstallNeedPassword

    Set the Value as "0"

    (I.E AdminPassword ExitNeedPassword="0" UINeedPassword="0" ImportExportNeedPassword="0" UninstallNeedPassword="0")

Than save the file in XML format and import the same.

    Import Step

Go to HELP AND SUPPORT -> TROUBLESHOOT

From TROUBLESHOOT Tab Import the Policy from Policy Profile

    Add the same file.

Then Enter the Smc -stop Command.

Service will be stop without password.

For the USB you can copy the same file "Policy.xml" from running full access system and import here.
