Report or alert on computers where the IP has changed

    We are looking for a way to do a report or alert (preferred) to show PC's that the IP has changed but not on the same vlan.

     

    If the IP changes from 172.10.10.x

    to 172.10.12.x

    or to 172.12.12.x

     

    I would like to get an alert that the PC has been moved form 1 building (or VLAN) to another. I'n not concerned about simple changes like 172.10.10.10 to 172.10.10.15.

     

    There are alerts in "Manage",  "Automation Policies" which seems like the place it would be if it was a standard alert.
