Hi,

i have tested the reporting in SMG and i was unable to get anything near what i need. I am running version 10.6.2-3.

I need to get a report of messages that were sent to a certain domain but got marked as spam in the last 24 hours.

On the report i need atleast 3 fields: recipient address, sender address and title of message

First issue i had: i can not set up report for a certain domain, if i use *@domain.com the report is empty, well whatever i can work with it to create report for each critical user we have. The second and bigger issue is the reports dont have details about the senders, i can only get a overview how many messages were marked as spam.

Hopefully i am missing something, i would be happy to get a report that is similar to spam quarantine page.

Is there a possibility to create a automatic report based on my requirements?

What are your results when you run the report with these parameters?

I tried this and had 2 issues previously with this report.

First it does not allow me to enter domain.com as address saying its invalid email, and if i add *@domain.com it does not find any data.

I went with user@domain.com which got me the data but it has no sender information, only overall view of spamm messages sent to current user (picture below).

If you need more information than is provided, then you need to perform your searches in the Message Audit Log.

So there is no option to create a report in symantec with the required details? Thing is i need to send the daily report to a customer, so i wont provide them access to the system itself.

What you see if what you get, so if you need the sender information, you would need to search in MAL and export to CSV to send that data to someone else.

Quess it is the only solution, was hoping i missed something to automate the steps.
