Management Center and Reporting

    Hi All,

     

    I need to upgrade our ProxySG environment.

    Current Versions:

    ASG - 6.6.5.9

    Reporter - 9.5.2.1

    Management Center - 1.10.1.1

     

    I want to upgrade the ASG to  6.7.4.5 and the Management Center to 2.2.1.1.

    My question:

    Our company did not renew the license for Reporter. and now I need to reinstall the Reporter in version 10.5 but I can't because of the license issue.

    Can I still work with Reporter 9.5 with the new version of ASG ?

    Dear Benda,

     

    Yes you can still work with Reporter 9.5.2.1 with ASG 6.7.x.x.

     

    But note in case if your reporetr database is corrupted or any issue you will not get any support as the Reporter is already EOL.
