    How I can full this for Symantec Web Gateway 8450 to create case support :

               Product name : Web Gateway .

               Product version : ?

               Platform : ?

               Platform Version :?

    Hi,

    The Product version is probably the only that would be useful. Current version is 5.0.2, but could be 5.0.1 or older. This displays on the SWG GUI under Administration > Updates -> Web Gateway Software Updates -> Current Sofware Version

    Platform and Platform version in our systems lists Linux and linux versions so you can use any of those and it will be fine. Those can be changed afterwards.

    Platform and Platform version in our systems lists Linux and linux versions ? How I can determine the linux versions that sutible to my product to optain prefect support for Web Gateway 8450

    Hi,

    I'm confident you will get perfect support regardless of the platform indicated. You can use Fedora 13 for the Platform Version.
