    Password is need to be change as the current password is forgot.

    I have search the resetpass.bat file from tool folder but not be found.

    What is your SEPM version?

    Reset pass is available in tool folder only for 11.x version.

    For 12.x version you can reset it through forgot password

    it will not work with SEP 12.1 , You need to call support to get the tool

    Reference: Resetpass.bat is not in Tools folder
