    Hi to every one!

    I have this warning in a Network Monitor "Restarted PacketCapture" with the code 1010, Do you know why this happens?

    It´s about Symantec DLP v12.5

    Is this a new installation?

    1. Did you install the WinPcap Application on the Windows server that is the Network Monitor?
    2. Did you make sure to install the Version that was part of the insstallation package (If you install a newer version than what is provided it will not work)
    3. Did you select the right NIC Card AFTER you installed the server. You will need to do this in the DLP UI, server configuration.
      1. You will need to recycle the VontuMonitor service
    4. Also make sure you have enough memory for the application.

    You can search for the error code in the online help..
