    We are pretty sure that the driver is correct.  Any ideas?

    I know you say that you are pretty sure that you have the correct driver, however, this is normally indicative of it not loading the correct nic driver.  You'll want to ensure that you are using Vista drivers.  I've also seen in some cases where the PXE OS needs to be "regenerated" or it sometimes won't take.

    Anyone have any idea's on this?  I have regenerated the boot images, and I still can't get it to connect.  My experience says that it should be a driver issue, but at this point I am stuck.

    I got it to work yesterday Intel version number 15.2 for a 82567LM
