Has anyone heard or seen a roadmap for Workflow or ServiceDesk?
Workflow is a great product and has an excellent feature set when compared to alternatives. It seems to me like its components (or the generators) are badly in need of a refresh though. Pre-built components for things like vsphere, native powershell, rest api (it's been in beta forever), azure, aws (and Symantecs products of course) to keep up with new tech and cloud based services could make this product incredible.
I know the product is getting code fixes and these are available through support. When is the next big release coming? What improvements will it have?
