    hello,

    we have new client which contoiuously rollback during install. can we have steps to troubleshoot this?

    What is the exact version of the SEP client and Windows OS it's being installed on?

    Run SymDiag on the machine to do error checking and check the %temp% directory for the SEP_INST.log file.

    thanks for info, looks like restart pending in log but we've done that. anything else we can check??

    sep 12.1 and windows 7
