  • 1.  RTVSCAN in user dumps

We just installed SEP RU5 in one of our client. Does anyone here ever experience the SEP generating excessive dump files which fills up the entire hard disk. After analysing the hard disk status using a utility we noticed that under windows>pchealth>errorrep>userdumps a lot of rtvscan.exe ...hdmp was there and keep eating disk space..now its already in 18 GB. Can someone help us with this. What might be the reason for this.

    Hi,

I am sure that the link provided by Vikram will help you to eliminate the issue with the increasing dump files being created. But the issue might still be present in the background.

So the errors found in Event viewer will be crusial in this case.
