    HI gurus I created a several rules to send e-mail when a custom SLA is on place.

    I create a two SLA milestones: "resolution 50%" and "resolution 80%" and several SLA Levels

    The ruleset is executed when the ticket is received, but fail to set the SLA i created.

    Any Idea?

    HI,

     

    I change the SLA related logic and It works.
