Sav 9 Premature c: drive scan completion

    Hi,

    we have a problem with one of our servers. We were originally running unmanaged SAV 9.0.338

    When you run a manual scan on the whole c: drive.  SAV scans 3 files and then says complete.  If you un select any file or folder from the tree after selecting the whole c: drive the scan runs fully on the selected items.

     

    Other drives on the server are not affected.

     

    We have upgraded the client to version 9.0.5.1100  but we are still seeing the same problem.

    Any help would be much appreciated.
