    Is there any tool currently available to remove legacy SAV 10.0 ..

    Yes, cleanwipe. Download it from this link:

    Hehe.. maybe easier to upgrade to a newer operating system? I doubt whatever you are uninstalling SAV from is supported by Microsoft or will be able to run SEP 14 :)
