Endpoint Protection

We are operating with an SAV10 Primary server executing LiveUpdate to pull definitions, etc. from Symantec - 2ndary servers obtain their definitions from the Primary.
I have one 2ndary that is failing with the mysterious event log message (source Symantec Antivirus, EventID 16):
"Download of virus definition file from LiveUpdate server failed. 00000001"

Is there a less cryptic/more informative narrative for the error & its cause(s)?
