We have a saved report for HIPAA compliance saved and is distributed daily.  However the link does not work as it directs to a url that is was too long due to the filters in place.  Yet if I copy the url from the saved reports list I can email it just fine and it directs to the desired location.  Is there something that I'm missing when setting up the saved report? Also is there a way for me, as and administrator, to view and manipulate the saved reports of other users on the box?  My ISO is seeing a duplicate of the desired report that leads to an older, less refined version.

 i am afraid it will be difficult to shorten url.

What you can do, as a workaround, is sending the full report (with data) in the email (of course it depend of what it contains and how it is used). This could be activated in System/Settings/General (for DLP till v11.6.3).

Schedule the report by sending evening time as that time traffic is less and may not have any issue.
