  • 1.  SBG9 empty sender in Message Audit Log

    In Message Audit Log every mail has empty sender (deliver message normally). How to resolve this problem? This occurs where I select all senders  - <> on mandatory filter value. May from this mails delivered normally look like spam, a I am afraid we appear on black list.

    Is the mail that you are seeing from null senders (<>) inbound or outbound?  If it is inbound, you should enable Bounce Attack Prevention feature.
