ServiceDesk

I want to use the SearchIncident component but don't know how to set up the "Exchange Connection String" parameter on the Inputs tab. The constant there by default is "lme://server[:port]/queueName" What should this be for a typical ServiceDesk installation? I assume lme://[SERVERNAME]/[queueName] what is queueName?

and that worked!

"lme://localhost/local.orm" might work as well

Unless you are loadbalanced, then you might have to specify the correct server.
