Problem:

Using a custom Security role: From Policies, When I right-click on Managed Software Delivery, and go to New, all I see is Folder.  I need to see Managed Software Delivery.

Using Symantec Administrators role: When I right-click on Managed Software Delivery and go to New, I see Folder and Managed Software Delivery.

I want that same access for the custom security role, and need to know what permission I need to add to the security role to make this happen.

I found that the privilege I was looking for is "Create software deliveries", found under Software Management Framework.  This setting is not enabled be default for the Symantec Software Librian role (though the other privileges under Software Management Framework are enabled).
