  • 1.  Security Status - Attention needed

    On my main management screen the status suddenly became RED and says Security Status - Attention Needed.

    When I click View Details it opens up but everything is showing green.

    Im using SEPM 12.1.

    Refered to this https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH164272.html and checked the date format and it is already in MMDDYY.

    Still not changing to GREEN.

    PLEASE HELP.

    What is the exact SEPM version you're using. I recall this issue in an older version.

    What happens after you log out and back in?

    SEPM 12.1

    I Logged out and even restart my server but still the same status.

    12.1.? --- there's about 12 different versions of 12.1

    Looks like this was a bug fixed in 12.1.2:

    The Security Status shows attention needed, but the details pane does not show a problem
    Fix ID: 2769815
    Symptom: The Home tab says "Security Status - Attention Needed" but clicking on View Details shows everything is good (green).
    Solution: Added "License Problem" to the Security Status Detail page.

    The latest version os 12.1.6 MP4 so I would suggest getting to that version.
