  • 1.  SEE 11.0.1 recover DAT file

    I just noticed that the "Recover" button in the SEE 11.0.1 console is grayed out for machines that the 11.0.1 client software installed. However, its not grayed out on 8.2.1 clients. Is this feature not applicable in this new version? Thanks.

    Thank you for writing to us at the Symantec Forums.

    So the observation is correct and yes this feature is not availble in the Newer versions of SEE for E.g 11.0.0 Upwards.

    The Recovery procedure for the SEE 11.0.0 Clients are now done thorugh the WINPE process in case of a "no boot situation"
