We're trying to install the 32bit FullDisk on the server with 64bit FullDisk already installed so that we can offer a 32bit FullDisk encryption to users with 32bit OS's but when I try to load 32bit I get error: Another verison of this product is already installed

How do we get around this to be able to support folks with 32 bit OS's?

Are you talking about the Server Component installers for the SEE Manager Console?

If so, then you need not install the 32-bit version if you already have the 64-bit SEE Manager Console installed, as it is perfectly capable of producing both 32 and 64-bit client installers (and indeed always creates both by default).

That does happen, it produces both the 32bit and 64bit framework.  When you intsall the 32bit framework and then install the 64bit FullDisk package MP8...it produces error: (not exact wording but something to the effect of) not able to install due to processor type.  So we're trying to also install the 32bit FullDisk so we can create a 32bit FullDisk MP8 package...if I understand this correctly. I'm new to this process, as I have relieved someone who is now in a different role.

Ya, so once the client packages have been exported, you just install the Framework Client and Full Disk MSIs appropriate to the target machine's OS, 32 for 32bit OS and 64 for 64bit OS.

The process is to install the Framework Client first (whether 32 or 64bit) then follow that up with the Full Disk msi of the matching version.
