    Hi I am wondering if it is possible to have computers by pass preboot authentication when computer can communicate to SEE server?

    client would like to by pass Preboot Authentication if laptop reboots on premisis but enforce preboot authentication if the laptop is out of office.

    using SEE 11.1.3 MP1

    Thanks

    Hi skhs,

    Have you checked out the TN below? It addresses disabling authentication either temporarily or permanently.

    Thanks!

    In a nutshell, no.

    The Pre-boot Authentication Environment is entirely offline (i.e. not network enabled), so has no way of checking where it is before booting.  Therefore there is way to get it to bypass when in the office.
