We are testing SMG, and experiencing some outgoing mails end up in the spam folder.
In our old spam gateway based on Spamassisten, we could see what the reason that it was spam. (See picture)
Is there something similar in SMG?

No - you can only see certain different verdicts (rdns, ehlo, malformed, etc) - https://support.symantec.com/content/unifiedweb/en_US/article.TECH232772.html
But getting the reason a mail is classidied as spam you need to contact support - and they need header field X-Brightmail-Tracker
