  • 1.  SEEM Database Maintenance Purge Error

    Not sure anyone has seen the similar error "The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_DiskUserInfo_HardDiskInfo". The conflict occurred in database "<DB name>", table "dbo.DiskUserInfo", column 'DiskID', The statement has been terminated." when I attempted to purge my Symantec Endpoint Encryption Management Server database from the SEEM console.

    I tried not to touch the DB table by myself which could even make it worse, not sure anyone else encountered the similar issue in the past and would like share the fix approach. Thanks

    I would suggest opening a call with Symantec directly to get anything database-related resolved.

    Thanks for the sharing, the issue they have and mine are quite alike, it seemed to me it could be a dangous action to directly delete some tables or records, I will ask Symantec.
