    Hello,

    I have a hard drive that has alot of documents that were encrypted from my previous job. I do not have access to that computer or that system anymore and i need to get these documents decrypted. I have purchased and downloaded the Symantec Endpoint Encryption for my home laptop and i am still having no luck to getting these documents decrypted. I have tried all of the passwords that I have ever had to decrypt these files. Everytime I open up the SEERemovableStorageAccessUtility I get a pop up box that states "The Parameter is Incorrect". I have tried changing the compatibility settings and everything else I can think of to get the program to work. If you have any suggestions or solutions please let me know.

    1. What exact product/version are you using? Example: Symantec Endpoint Encryption Removable Storage Access Utility 8.2.1 mp1
    2. What type of external device are your files saved on? 300 GB external hard drive
    3. What format is your external hard drive running under? NTFS
    4. How many files are currently encrypted, approximately? 609 Files, about 2.45 GB of data
