    Is Symantec ServiceDesk 7.1 capable of providing a Self-Service Password Reset functionality with Active Directory?

    In Workflow 7.1 ... Check for the the following:

    <install>/Designer/Examples/Symantec.Workflow.ResetPassword.package

     

    In ServiceDesk, check for the following package: SD.ResetPassword.Setup.exe. ServiceDesk should install this .package.
