File Share Encryption

Hi

Iam setting up Encryption Management Server , Blackberry Enterprise Server 5 along with pgp on blackberry OS7 devices.

So far all is working fine key retrieval within the organisation is working correctly, as is sending and receiving of encrypted emails.

Only part im having trouble with is distribution of keys retrieved for external users from keyservers (keyserver.pgp.com)  

When initially searched on the handset, the server is finding the key on keyserver.pgp.com and retrieving it as shown in the logs, the key is then ending up in the key cache on sems but i get no match message on the handset and no key is downloaded.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is a feature that has been discontinued. However, you may find some helpful informaiton within this tech article :

My guess would be that there is a problem with the configuration of the BES server, since you are seeing SEMS finding the key within the SEMS logs, and your handset seems to be working OK.
