We have a small company that uses SEMS with BES 12, ( 10 mobile users Blackberry and iOS + 5 desktop users) , and we are facing a problem now, our comunication works great with partners that use also SEMS , but we have a problem when communicating with a partner that is using GPG ( GnuPG ), out of what I know, the two should work one with each other...
When I check the key cache, I can see their keys, but all our communication cant be decrypted either by us or by them . I tried to add their keyserver as trusted but didn't change anything.
Second problem that I have, on the Blackberry devices, everytime you loose network connection or mobile data, when you try to send email you are prompted to Enroll with Symantec Encryption Management Server, and can send email only after enrollment is complete, is there a option that you can select to Enroll just one time ?
