  • 1.  Send email component does not allow SMTP Authentication

    Hello,

     

    I should be a good enhancement to add the authentication capacity to the Send Email component as for security reason SMTP servers require an account and a password to send email.

     

    The new "Send Email via SMP" should solve this issue but does not allow to add addresses in CC and BCC.

    Have you tried using the Send Email via SMTP component in the LB.Components.Email.dll library? It should allow you to specify authentication.

    For sure this component is the good one. Thanks.

    Now It should be good to use this component in the ServiceDesk  with the authenticate filed as a process variable and smtp username and password also.
