    I am looking to see how i can add the Send Email fuction to the Process Action in the user guide it says for it to apper i would need to add email templates for it to show but i am unsure what the settings for the email template should be for it to apper?

    The ServiceDesk Process views already contain a 'Send Email' action, can you explain why you would need a duplicate process action?

    With the builtin 'Send Email' capability, you can select an Email Tempate from within the dialogue. Email Templates are managed in Process Automation.
