Does anybody have some recommendations on how to install a certificate from the PGP client to an iPhone? Normally, a "signed" email is sent and accepted and installed on an iPhone. However, since the iPhone does not recognize the PGP signed email, I cannot establish a link to the contact.

Check the TN below and see if it helps!

Thanks Craig. The issue is we don't use the Symantec PGP software. I can import the client certificate into Outlook without issue, but the iPhone will not accept it. How do non-Symantec clients usually acept a Symantec certificate on a device?

Hi Craig, can you have a look at this article:

Will a simple "sign" allow for the iPhone to import the certificate like a regular Outlook client option of "sign"?

It's worth a shot yes. If you have the Outlook client installed on the iPhone then it should carry over to it. Test, see and report back here.
