  • 1.  SEP 11 and Lotus Notes 8.5.1 FP3

    Hi;

    Running Windows XP Pro SP 3, SEP 11.0.6005.562, and Lotus Notes 8.5.1 FP3. I regularly get multiple crashes on an almost daily basis that show up as follows:


    Faulting application Rtvscan.exe, version 11.0.6070.422, faulting module notesext.dll, version 11.0.6070.422, fault address 0x00003002.

    Have uninstalled and reinstalled Notes and SEP with no resolution. Any suggestions?

    Uninstalling the Notes portion of SEP will absolutely work. I wasn't aware that you could do that.
