  • 1.  SEP 11 can't update and SEP manager keeping stop unexpectedly.

    Hi,

    I have a problem with my SEP 11 server. SEP cannot update seem Liveupdate cannot started.

    Everytime login to SEP manager, just few minutes then error occour.and the services getting stoped.

    anyone have experience same problem with me, please share the solution.

    My environment : OS windows 2003 32bit standard, 3GB RAM and free space on drive C: is 4,9GB.

    catalina.out and scm-server-0.log attached.

    Did you enable FINEST logging?

    Hmm my comment got deleted..

    Zaenal,

    from the log it says "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded"

    Please increase the java heap size as per this document

    "Unable to connect to the server specified" error during the replication of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager
